Supervisor, Resource Center – The main responsibility of this position is to develop, organize and maintain initiatives and practices that enhance customer service, expand community education, and advance SFWC’s community outreach, mission, and goals. Oversees and participates in all SFWC’s customer service-related activities and provides leadership to Resource Center staff and volunteers relating to patient admissions, rescue/release dispatch, donation solicitation/acceptance, and retail transactions.
