This past week, the South Florida Wildlife Center had the distinct privilege of participating in the soft opening of Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar in Davie, FL! The evening was buzzing with excitement as attendees got their first glimpse of this fantastic new restaurant and bar. For our team, the real highlight was introducing Big Whiskey’s guests and staff to our ambassador animals—wildlife residents who serve as educational representatives of the species we work tirelessly to protect. Watching the awe and joy on people’s faces as they learned about these incredible animals was truly rewarding.
